Before you ring: four quick answers

Do you do patches and small repairs?

Mostly we do full re-roofs and new roofs. Send as much detail as you can and we’ll tell you the most cost-effective way to sort it.

Warm or cold flat roof?

A warm roof has 150mm of insulation on top. It costs more, and we’d recommend it for any room you live in. A garage usually doesn’t need it.

Felt or EPDM?

We lay a torch-on two or three-layer felt system. It’s what we use day in, day out.
